The location of the hotel is ideal, situated between two shopping centers, and close to both the King's Park and Bangna Mega shopping mall. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as a fully functional kitchen and a study desk. The staff is courteous and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast provided is satisfactory, with a variety of options. it is a convenient and comfortable place to stay.
The Wi-Fi connectivity in the hotel is poor.

The location was perfect, being close to two great shopping centers and opposite a number of huge shopping malls. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The cleanliness of the room was also great. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the female security guard who assisted us with our bags.

The luxurious amenities in this hotel exceeded our expectations. the spa center offered an extensive range of massages and treatments. We enjoyed a relaxing session in the sauna and steam room and also had a refreshing swim in the indoor swimming pool that had clear blue waters, providing a tranquil atmosphere. the restaurant served us delicious food and we had an in-room breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. The spacious room had a fantastic view of the city skyline and featured private facilities, adding to the exclusivity of the venue. Cons: We only encountered one minor issue during our stay, which was the lack of maintenance in the garden area. this did not deter us from enjoying all the other facilities that this hotel had to offer.
